Seems the hardest thing about this Brazilian blowout leave in treatment is not overusing it. Looks to be recommended for once a week. But in a quest to control frizz and add shine to heat damaged hair after one or two uses one might find themselves wanting to increase use frequency. Otherwise, this seems to be a great product. Especially for someone who is constantly using a straightener or flat iron. This will help. Very mild scent and very easy to use. Did I mention how nicely it was packaged and shipped? Speaks volumes when companies take time to fully wrap and protect their products. Especially crucial when ordering online.
This spray is incredible for type 3 and 4 hair! It is super lightweight and provides superior heat protection during the blowout process. Most importantly, it leaves absolutely zero weird, waxy residue and doesn’t make the hair stiff at all. Instead of an unnaturally slippery, silky finish, it leaves the hair beautifully stretched with a gorgeous, natural kinky-straight texture and a healthy, airy sheen. It also smells divine and layers perfectly with my other products, like my leave-in conditioner and hair butter, without any flaking. I specifically use this to prep my tight curls and coils for protective styling, and it performs beautifully.
This Brazilian Blowout frizz shield spray has made my hair noticeably more manageable during these humid summer days. So far it has lasted through 2 washings and 2 trips to the pool. My hair air dries nicer after the initial application and only requires a little light moisturizing each morning to revive my wave pattern. This spray helps lock in moisture so my hair does not feel dry on humid days. I recommend using a good conditioner on the day you blow dry with the spray in order to lock in the moisture. My hair feels so soft and has extra body due to the lightweight formula. It does not have much of a fragrance which is good for anyone who is sensitive. Given how long one application lasts, it will take a long time to use up the whole bottle. This product is worth the money if you live in a humid area. If you are already in the habit of blow drying your hair, this spray would be a great addition to your hair care routine.
